1. If you are not available at the time of delivery?

The delivery partners will try to deliver the package at least 2 times before it is returned back to our office. Our delivery partners also provide a “You not available” note or a similar note if they have attempted the delivery and you were not available. We request you to call the number they have provided on that note and get the delivery arranged by them as per your convenient time.

    1. If you does not receive your parcel within 8 days after payment

All other matters will be solved according to company’s policies and binding to all the customers. Policy of shipping may change without prior Notice, and will be displayed on our website as soon as possible. ALL THE LEGAL MATTERS ARE SUBJECTED TO KOLHAPUR JURISDICTION.
